Lee DeBrabander founded Clarity Quest Solutions after a thirty-year law enforcement career at a large Southern California municipal police department.  The mission of the Clarity Quest Solutions is to provide unparalleled service to our clients in investigations. He has extensive undercover and surveillance experience through working Vice Investigations and Major Drug Investigations. Additionally, he was a supervisor in the Homicide Detail where he was responsible for leading investigations into homicides, officer involved shootings, death in-custody cases, and many other critical incident investigations. Toward the latter part of his law enforcement career, he was in charge of the Internal Affairs Division where he supervised and directed the investigation into complaints against police officers, department employees, and against the department. A sampling of the complaints ranges from general misconduct conduct to criminal behavior to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) to use of force, among a variety of other topics.

In addition to his extensive investigation-based background as a police officer, he holds a Master of Public Administration degree and is a lifelong student in the pursuit of furthering his knowledge.
